Inglewood is Nashville’s hottest neighborhood of 2026, followed by Spring Hill and Christiana.

This is according to a Redfin analysis ranking U.S. zip codes of neighborhoods in Nashville’s metro area that haven’t seen falling median sale prices year over year. See the methodology section at the end of this report for more details.

“At first glance, Nashville’s hottest neighborhoods look very different from one another, but they all offer what buyers want right now: value,” Jim Carollo, Redfin’s Nashville Market Manager, said. “Whether it’s a larger yard, a specific-style home or a shorter commute, buyers feel they’re getting more for their money than they would in many of Nashville’s higher-priced neighborhoods. That’s especially important in today’s market, where buyers have more options and more time to make decisions.”
